Cancellation Policy
I get it…life happens and things come up. I am more than happy to work with you on rescheduling your appointment but when you no show I can’t fill your appointment time with someone else.
All appointments not canceled/rescheduled within 24 hours may be charged a fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment price.
Failing to cancel or no show will automatically subject you to 100% of the booked service.
If you are running late I allow a 10 minute window. After 10 minutes you will be booked as a no show and your card will be charged for the service that you booked.
